My new book SOYA COOKING ENCYCLOPEDIA

Dear readers and buyers,

I decided to write the first Soya Cooking Encyclopedia and put Ariane Brito Analysis Blog on hold by permanently changing the character of my work away from war because I felt was time to make something broader and with greater impact in the world.
A perfect example is when I see animals like pigs and cows being friendly to each other and even comforting each other in moments where they know they are due to be butchered. I also feel uneasy to know that these same animals know each other and have memories and feelings.
I am not a perfect human being, and not fully vegetarian nor fully vegan yet, but in the process .
This process has to be health aware as well, especially in terms of reducing what kill us all, carcinogenics found in meat.
Soya based meals do not need to be expensive.
Also, what is not in the shops nor on the internet does not mean that it does not exist and can be produced and manufactured at home for the benefit of all.
We just need creatives.
I had to be creative in the kitchen in several past crises, being Cov 19 lock down period one of the most memorable of such, with me making Christmas pies and puddings from scratch.
This resilience led me to create recipes that are not only practical, economical but mainly where ingredients are easily accessible and possible of being transformed into new products.
That is why I joined all my Soya Cooking Books in a concise encyclopedia, the SOYA COOKING ENCYCLOPEDIA.
The reader will learn how to make sausages at home, but not all, also vegetarian solid cheese, vegetarian meat, soya coffee and much more!
This is a family heirloom to keep and pass to your friends and family .
You can buy this book in a hardcover case for £30, or you can buy it way cheaper via Kindle.
Please read it via Kindle Desktop or Kindle Tablet and make sure to leave me a positive review.
Thank you beforehand.

Best wishes,

Ariane Crafts ®
